Betsy
Feb. 1995 - June 23, 2009
It was love at first sight when my parents took me to pick Betsy up. She was 7 weeks old & very shy. Because I was a wall flower growing up, Betsy became my best friend. She was there when I was lonely, sick and hurt. From my first date to my wedding day she was around for me to love, brag about and cuddle. Always a big protector, she never let a stranger bring harm to me or my loved ones, yet she was gentle enough for the youngest of visitors to enjoy. She stayed a playful puppy until the last few months of her life when she developed a brain tumor. After that development, she aged quickly. It broke my heart to see her suffering, but even when she suffered, she managed to have deep love and wisdom shining in her eyes. When I see her in my dreams, she's vibrant, healthy and her energy knows no bounds. I know that God has her in His arms waiting for me. Her rest now is temporary and I look forward to seeing her again. I thank God that He sent that beautiful blessing to me.

Daisy
4/12/2000 - 5/1/2010
We adopted Daisy from Northwoods Boxer Rescue in 2002. She lived with 2 other families before she came into our lives. We knew when we saw her expressive brown eyes that we'd be hers. She was inseparable from me, my husband, and her younger Boxer brother Duke. Daisy had spots on her ears and she would wag her tail for us when we clapped our hands. She was deaf and knew signs for shake, sit, who's at the door, stop bark, potty, walk, and "How did the garbage get on the floor?" We would point at the garbage and that is all we could do...it was our fault if we forgot to latch the tot lock.
Daisy loved to ride in the Jeep, hike, camp, snuggle on movie night, burrow under the covers, bark at 9:00, goose Grandma, sit in a chair at the campfire, pick out her own treats at the pet store after she carefully sniffed each bin, eat popcorn, and help her momma plant flowers. She was really a daddy's girl.
Daisy died from lymphosarcoma. We were praying that chemo treatments would give her comfort to camp one more summer. Her organs started to fail and we had to face the inevitable. Our princess needed peace and rest.
We will miss her dearly.

Lady
RIP 2002/02/09 - 2009/10/26
My Lady was less than 8 yrs old when I lost her. She got sick and the vets could not determine what was wrong with her. She was such a great dog. When she was born she was the one who made the most noise and barked the most. Growing up she didn't bark and was the friendliest dog ever. She was beautiful. When the vets could not determine what was wrong but were able to take 3500$from us in a few months, we decided for her health and well being, we would put her down to be out of pain. She was not a dog she was a human as she did act like one a lot. She is truly missed by us both. ~ Nat C.

CLIO
8-19-2005 to 3-26-2010
This is our much loved boxer Clio who we had to put to sleep at the tender age of 4. After feeling unwell for a few days we took her to the vets and an X-ray showed she had lots of arthritis in her hind legs and spine. I've lost my best friend and we will never forget you my babygirl, sweet dreams... till we meet again XXXX Paul , Janine and Callum
